The Greater Sandusky Partnership values and respects the privacy of our member companies, their employees, our prospects, visitors, staff and clients. We recognize the importance of protecting personally identifiable information or sensitive business information that you may share with us. Last updated 03/29/2022.

GSP uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors. The information collected by the GSP website is mainly contact information for the business entities that form our membership. However, information about you as an individual, such as your name, title and contact information may be collected along with your business’ general contact information. GSP only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily and knowingly submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a stated desire to volunteer time, register for one of our programs or events, or receive informational materials. This information is used solely by GSP or other entities who are involved in the operation of this site for internal purposes.

We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when (i) the person submitting the information authorizes us to share it; (ii) sharing the information is necessary for the operation of the site, or (iii) we are required to by law. GSP will never sell your business or personally identifiable information.

GSP does make your business name and business contact information available in our online directory of GSP members. In addition, GSP provides business contact information for our members to GSP Preferred Partners. Preferred Partners are GSP members who provide a valuable service or product at a discount to other GSP members. Any communications from Preferred Partners to other GSP members must be submitted to GSP for internal approval before they are distributed to our members.

Although our Preferred Partners are other GSP members offering products and services that may be beneficial to your business, we understand that some of our members may prefer not to receive this solicitation. If you would prefer your business information be omitted from the business contact information shared with our Preferred Partners, or omitted from GSP’s online directory, please contact us at the address listed above. Please keep in mind that GSP cannot guarantee you will not be contacted by a Preferred Partner, as your business contact information may be obtained from other sources not under the control of GSP.
